Its focus is on quality and guarantee – from fabric to uniform – focusing on the supply of large volumes and the standardization of parts for large companies. Workland began when Santanense identified that large companies need to be served by clothing companies that offer absolute production and logistics capacity and that have plants and units located in different regions of the country, without losing the pattern of modeling and maintaining quality.

Safety Factor presents the Brazilian market with a complete solution in FR products, Santanense being the only textile industry in Latin America that has its own brand of uniforms intended for FR protection. Safety Factor guarantees the supply of the best and most technological fabrics for the production of FR garments that follow the Safety Factor standard and label. Santanense's focus is to offer great logistical gains, integrating the garments and making Santanense co-manager of the contract. Aiming at the national management format with regional supply, our licensed clothing is strategically distributed throughout Brazil. Licensees are audited by Santanense in terms of quality and standard, unique commercial proposal, inventory management and on-time delivery. The Worklux uniform brand combines international safety standards with the internal needs of our market, being the last word in High Visibility in Brazil. Worklux is the result of the partnership between Santanense and 3M, where all uniforms follow the specifications according to the NBR 15292 standard. We aim at an integrated work between clothing and industries, with Santanense being co-manager, together with 3M and the licensed clothing manufacturers. Our licensed clothing group is audited by Santanense and 3M regarding quality, standardization, commercial policy, punctuality and dedicated inventory management. In addition to the guarantee of supply of reflective fabrics and bands for all Worklux customers, there is also great technical support from Santanense and 3M in the specification of products to meet the standards.
